Our History


Rogue Development was launched in Denver, Colorado, with the idea that implementing our partner clients' strategic expansions would be the sole focus of our success.

Greg Moran, as founder, has directed over 40 single-tenant development projects over the past 7 years across 12 U.S. states and Ontario, Canada. He has delivered successful results for national brand clients, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Dutch Bros Coffee, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Verizon Wireless, Walmart Neighborhood Market, 7-Eleven, Office Depot, Dollar General, Family Dollar, O'Reilly's Auto Parts, Applebee's, Chipotle, and FedEx Ground.

Greg’s extensive experience with large-scale retail and mixed-used project development started in 1998. His national retailer and restaurant projects across 21 U.S. states and Canada are the result of 14 years as a national retail broker and 20 years creating high-profile developments while at Weingarten Realty, Miller/Weingarten Realty, MVG Development and now ROGUE DEVELOPMENT.
