Rogue Development appointed as preferred developer for Dutch Brothers Coffee

Denver based Rogue Development, LLC has been chosen as one of the preferred build-to-suit developers to assist Dutch Brothers Coffee with their Colorado expansion.  The primary focus of new store growth will be the Denver metro area with Rogue Development focusing on the Southwest trade area of Denver.  We are actively seeking commercial land parcels not less than 28,000 sf, that will allow for an 824 sf building, with a single drive-thru lane, complimented with a walk-up customer window and outdoor patio area.  The sites should possess excellent visibility, convenient ingress and egress and be supported by a strong mix of daytime and residential population.
