Rogue Development delivers 2 new Dutch Bros Coffee stands, more to follow
Denver based Rogue Development, LLC is proud to announce two new Dutch Bros Coffee stands in their portfolio are now open in Thornton and Parker, Colorado. The Thornton stand, located at 41 West 84th Avenue (northwest corner of Interstate 25 & West 84th Ave), opened January 17th to a warm welcome from the City of Thornton and its residents. The Parker stand, located at 10365 South Parker Road (southwest corner of Mountain Man Drive & S. Parker Road) opened April 10, 2020 in the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. Despite the required shelter-in-place orders from the Colorado Governor, the essential working population have embraced the safe, drive-thru experience of Dutch Bros and their wide variety of delicious drink options. Greg Moran, owner of Rogue Development states, “they started out a little slow, but that’s to be expected given the strange operating circumstances due to the pandemic. I believe with the State of Colorado’s safe management of the Covid-19 virus and adherence to social distancing, municipalities and employers will begin to re-open and Dutch Bros operations will flourish in Parker”.
The next opening for Dutch Bros will be at Conifer Marketplace, located at 10855 S. US Hwy 285 (Hwy 285 & Kitty Drive) in Confer, CO. Dutch Bros joins Staples, Anytime Fitness, O’Reilly Auto Parts, 3 Margaritas, Evergreen Mountain Sports and Colorado Furniture. The opening date will be Friday, June 12th.
To extend Dutch Bros’ growth in Colorado, Rogue Development broke ground April 21st on a new Dutch Bros stand in Aurora at Iliff Crossing Shopping Center (16705 E. Iliff Avenue). The unit will be a free-standing unit in the existing shopping center parking lot. “The corner of Iliff & Buckley continues to be a stable retail intersection in southeast Aurora”, states Moran. “We look forward to this stand being very successful in the Aurora community”. The opening for the Iliff Crossing stand is planned for September 2020.
