Rogue Development announces newest Dutch Bros Coffee stand in Conifer, more units planned in 2020
Denver based Rogue Development, LLC is proud to announce the grand opening of the newest Colorado Dutch Bros Coffee stand in Conifer Marketplace, located at 10855 S. US Hwy 285 (Hwy 285 & Kitty Drive) in Confer, CO. Effective, Friday, June 12, 2020, Dutch Bros joined Staples, Anytime Fitness, O’Reilly Auto Parts, 3 Margaritas, Evergreen Mountain Sports and Colorado Furniture. The unit will operate 7 days a week from 5:30 am – 11:00 pm.
The Conifer unit adds to the Rogue Development portfolio including operating stands in Thornton and Parker, Colorado. Greg Moran, owner of Rogue Development stated “We’re excited to have the Conifer stand finally open. The extended winter weather in the foothills caused a few delays, but Dutch Bros should be hitting the summer months with a full head of steam to serve western Jefferson and Park County communities along with the substantial traffic on US Highway 285 accessing the various mountain destinations.”
To extend Dutch Bros’ growth in Colorado, Rogue Development broke ground April 24th on a new Dutch Bros stand in Aurora at Iliff Crossing Shopping Center (16705 E. Iliff Avenue). The unit will be a free-standing unit in the existing shopping center parking lot. Dutch Bros will join Colorado Cycling Co., Peak-to-Peak Brewery, McDonald’s, Baskin Robbins, Little Caesars, Wing Stop, Advance Auto Parts and ARC Thrift Store. The opening for the Iliff Crossing stand is planned for September 2020.
